Damion DeGraw is the president and owner of RLC Landscaping. He has worked in a large variety of roles in the lawn and landscaping business for nearly 20 years, bringing a deep understanding of the industry and personal relationships with various trade experts and PHDs in agronomy, horticulture and pest control to the company. Prior to acquiring RLC, Damion was the director of product strategy and development throughout North America for the largest lawn care firm in the U.S. He has been a certified pest control operator holding the Florida Lawn & Ornamental license since 2006. Damion is a graduate of Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management’s Executive Education program, and holds various other certifications in training, management and sales. Through Damion’s guidance, the RLC team provides the professional, proactive service your property needs to shine.
Rose Richart is the office manager and controller for RLC Landscaping. She joined the company in 1997 under the original ownership and brought 10 years of experience to her role. In her position, Rose handles AR and AP, payroll, invoicing and HR along with overseeing the day-to-day functions at RLC. Raye Pinkerton is the administrative assistant to the RLC Landscaping team. She provides customer service and team support. Raye has been in the landscaping industry since 2014 and has been in the administrative field since 1997. "In all things of nature there is something of the marvelous." – Aristotle
Chris started with RLC in 2006 as a crew member and has served in varying roles such as foreman, spray tech and account manager over the last 15 years. In 2011, Chris earned his certified pest control operator license through the state of Florida. In addition to being a senior account manager, Chris also manages a majority of RLC’s sales activity. Being proactive and communicating with his clients regularly, Chris frequently exceeds his clients’ expectations. “The greatest accomplishment is not in never falling, but rising again after you fall” - Vince Lombardi
Vincent begin his landscape career back in 2009 when he started working half days on a detail crew in the mornings. The second half of his day was riding with an account manager to see the day-to-day operations. This went on for three months before he was officially given the account manager position overseeing 700 homes in a 55 and up community. Over the next seven years he worked in commercial landscaping before moving over to the residential side. Throughout his career, Vincent completed the Florida water store workshop as well as BMP and First Aid. He also has his urban fertilizer card.
With almost 20 years in the landscaping industry, Josue brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to RLC Landscaping. He started with RLC in 2013 as a foreman and worked his way up to an account manager. Josue handles a majority of RLC's Lake County properties and is a large part of our success there.
